Is it just me, or is it the SIMKHAI Hollins Gown love at first sight? It’s one of my favourite wardrobe pieces for its lovely purple shade that doesn’t take away from its elegance but adds to it. It’s tailored with a high neck and cape-effect back to create a bold style that is equally as sophisticated and charming, made with cinching at the waist that gives the illusion of a draped skirt. The skirt ends at an elongating floor-length hem.

Why do we love this dress?
I instantly bought this gown when I first laid my eyes on it because I was totally obsessed with its purple colour, so if you like a bold look as well, then you won’t regret getting this dress.
Why should I buy this dress?
I find this gown from Simkhai extremely luxurious, and that’s not just for looks but also for how it feels against the skin. The hidden zipper closure at the side is convenient and gives a polished finish.
Where would I wear this dress?
You can definitely wear this dress to several different formal occasions. You can slip into it for red carpets, evening galas and maybe even a special date night.
What shoes should I wear with this dress?
I styled the look with the AQUAZZURA Tequila 85MM Embellished Metallic Leather Sandals. These have open almond toes, a strappy upper, towering heels and a lot of crystals for your feet to shimmer and shine. For me, this pair is an ideal choice to dazzle up any simple look.
What bag should I wear with this dress?
I styled the look with the BOTTEGA VENETA Knot Leather Clutch Bag. Topped with a knot clasp closure, the metallic finish is elevated by leather sequins all over for a truly glamorous style. It’s a fail-proof accessory piece that I cannot leave the house without!
What we don't love about this dress?
I think that the Hollins gown from Simkhai with a draped front should have an elasticated back waist to flatter multiple body shapes and sizes.
